Drinking and paddling...you sir are endangering other boaters  Glad to see you out doing it young man,good job. I have two Wilderness Ride 115X and have used them maybe a dozen times...im lame It's getting hot out, gotta stay hydrated! Great video and thanks for sharing!
Thanks, man. No, just a beginner. This was my first time on my kayak let alone Bass fishing out of it.

Am I the only one that thinks we are putting way too much thought into the man's technique and should just enjoy the video ? Good job my friend. It's alright man. I think it brought up a good topic about thumb-spooling. Honestly, didn't realize I was doing it. Kayak is way different than a boat or even the bank.

i was taught to have the drag set a little loose and then thumb the spool if needed to stop a fish in an emergency. but then i had the old school ambassadors to learn with. I was going this on Cedar Creek one night. Something giant...huge catfish, giant gar...took off with my worm and was stripping off my braided line. I put my thumb on the spool and peeled some of the hide off it before I could let go.
