Any pics of the paying clients he had on board? It's not cheap and most expect to catch something. Most post pics of the catch.

Mr. Dugan, please prove it's BS. You say you don't guide for a living yet you advertise it here. You say you won't waste time with this person yet you've followed it up with many other posts.
I read a very nice story about an act of kindness and took it at face value, then along comes another guide and bashes the guide for no reason, apparently you believe in being guilty until proven innocent....quite frankly, I wouldn't hire a guide that does what you've done here. P_102

I guess it could be slander or it could be he is trying to set him up to come on here so he can tell the back story so people will know. I think we are just guessing till the rest of the story comes out. I don't think its a bad thing to come on here and let people know their may be a problem so the good people can fine out. Their can be bad people come on here to take advantage of people.
