I have like 10 different rubs, some very old, some newer. Some I didn't really like. I have a hard time letting go. Am I a rub hoarder?

Lately it seems that all you are supposed to use is such a massive amount of black pepper you can taste it for 3-4 days and it gives you the poops. That's whats cool I hear.
