I'm going to fish a small farm pond Sunday morning in way north Texas. Any recommendations on what to throw?

I always do best with a weightless stick bait. If there is not a ton of grass or cover I will add a very light weight, usually less than an 1/8 oz.

Never go wrong with a rattle trap. Soft plastics also.

White spinnerbait. The only lure you need.

I'd throw a frog, buzzbait, and other topwaters all day

If they aren't biting topwaters, chatterbait and spinnerbaits

throw whatever you think is fun. If that doesn't work, throw a ned rig.
