My brother rented a house across the street from an OLD civil war era cemetery here in Nac. He said he had a ghost who would move his shoes to completely random places in the house and open his doors at night. Freaked him out. He paid the extra month's rent to break the lease and moved.

Check for raccoons. My grandma had coons in her attic. It literally sounded like the were moving furniture up there. Only at night. They ate through her AC duct and layer there in the cool air all day long.

I rented the house between the cable company and the church. I'm kind of on the fence about ghost, but do believe there could be some kind of spirit/demons/evil forces, but I always felt weird about that house.

I believe the "Old Stone Fort's" original location was in the football field of the school right next to that house. No telling what went down in that area.
