i have heard conflicting reports. last saturday the guy working the corps gate at lavonia told me soon, like this month. but someone on here said they had hit some delays with contractors. here is a link to a release on april 26 - they say the RV loop will be shut down until June 28 but they don't give a date for the boat ramp.
