you find some good cover, make a perfect cast, or pitch into a little pocket. your confidence on bringing a fish in is 100%.... but you don't even get a bite.
Cast it, reel it, jerk it.

you find some good cover, make a perfect cast, or pitch into a little pocket. your confidence on bringing a fish in is 100%.... and then you hit a snag and loose that $15 crank bait, or break off that $2 tungsten weight and expensive hook and loose the last soft plastic in the only color that they were hitting that day..

^^This^^ No doubt! I found this little isolated rock pile on the edge of a channel, i'm like oh yeah, i'm just gonna bounce this crankbait off it and load the boat.....1st cast, hung up, $10.00 6th Sense CB, had to pull right up on top to get it loose! Bye Bye fish!

or miss a good spot, by landing on a grass matt, scaring all the fish off by bringing in a 5lb ball of grass to the boat.

When your fishing a stretch of water and eye balling a big brushpile the whole time and when u finally get there you get hung up on your first cast and don't want to break it off so your forced to go in and get it lol. Or when you spot what you think is the mother load of big bass offshore, throw out ur marker, fish it for an hour and don't get a nibble

Or when you find fish on a spot pre-fishing, stay on it most of the day during the tournament, catch just enough fish to keep you there longer than you probably should stay but not like you thought you would, then leave it to go find something else late in the day, only to hear that the bite turned on at that spot just 10 minutes after you left...
