I was wondering what y'all though of the huk long sleeve shirts that are suppose to keep you cool. My main question is if its 90 degrees won't wearing a long sleeve shirt make you hotter?

It keeps the sun from directly hitting your skin. The fabric is light and lets plenty of air through and helps with sweat. Definitely cooler than just wearing a short sleeve shirt.

I held off on wearing dri-fit shirts for way too long. Try one out, and you will wish you had done it a long time ago.

Thats all I wear now , the long sleeve shirts. They are cool, plus I wear the fingerless gloves to keep sun off. The sun is not your friend

The best value I've found Russel Athletic dri-power performance360 long sleeved shirts with hood $14.47 (including xxl and 3xl) I really like the hood--keeps the sun off your head, ears, and neck and feels much cooler than wearing a hat.

They are great. I don't get any hotter in it than if I was wearing short sleeves, and the sun protection is where it's at.

Long sleeve dri fit hoodies are the way to go IMO but $60 is a rip off!

Looks like Russell doesn't make the dri power long sleeved shirt hoodie any more--shame--they are great for $15 Here's an option without the hood
