I'm sure there have been posts on this before, but who's got a review of 360? How well does it work? Is it worth the expense?

its very useful at least for me it has been. I have used one since they came out, able to see rocks fish trees contour change and bottom hardness before you run over it is a good tool.

I've got 360 linked up to two Helix 10's. I guess the thing that sums it up best is that if mine were to go out, I wouldn't bother replacing it. It can be a handy tool, but to me; not worth the money in comparison to a good SI/DI unit.

I have one and use it all the time. it really depends on your type of fishing. It is not a replacement for SI, but it is nice to have when you are working a bank without having scanned it previously. It is great for those times when you just pull up to an area and start fishing, that is when I use the 360. I typically use it in 8 feet of water and less as well because my bow unit is DI and Sonar only which doesn't cover much area in shallow water.

There have been times when working docks that we have found stumps or brush behind us that we would not have fished without the 360.

One note, don't expect the picture clarity to by what you get from SI or DI. 360 is a rotating transducer so the clarity is not what you get from the other scans. I know there are pictures out there of fish seen in your 360 but I am still waiting to be able to point one out on my unit. I use it to find targets, not fish.

I will also have one for sale if you are interested. I have new one coming for my Ultrex that will be here this week.

Picture is not near as good as side imaging but is great for seeing submerged targets to hit. Brush piles, stumps, lay downs, brim beds, etc. Makes me more efficient when cranking and flipping. Once you get the feel for it you can pull up and hit your targets and skip all the open water. I have noticed my way-points are often not right on the spot I am trying to fish. This allows me to hit it on the first cast/flip. I really like it.
