Planning a trip to Purtis Creek this week. With all the tragic blow to Canton, has anyone heard anything about the one in Eustace? Wondering if Purtis Creek was in it's path?

Let me know how it turns out. Heard issues with grass carp and lack of vegetation to allow more bank fishing.
Would really love to visit this place again. It's been almost 20yrs since my last visit.
