For you guys that fish or live around Fayette County, is there a hotel in La Grange that can accommodate bass boats with electrical hook ups to charge batteries overnight? I am going there in 2 weeks and would like to stay the night. Thanks

I only remember a bed and breakfast type of place that we stayed at and used an extension cord and hooked up to power in the town square near what I recall was an old gazebo I think. Nowadays we always s5ay at one the cabins at the lake inside oak thicket park. Power and good parking.
I can backlash toilet paper.

The Executive Inn in La Grange is a good place, pretty cheap too.

I have stayed at the Best Western (Hwy 77 exit - I think) in LaGrange when rooms were full at the park. It is okay and I was able to run an extension cord. Had to park in the back and was worried about my boat the whole time though. Columbus is a short drive as well and they have a few hotels on I-10.

I've stayed at I believe the Executive Inn. Plenty of room to park.
Best Western not really set up for boats, we had 6-7 of us there, it was tight.

Definitely cabins on site. Sleeps 10 people comfortably. This. They also have hotel style rooms on the lake. You can check availability on the LCRA website for Oak Thicket Park. I have stayed in the cabins and they are nice.

Definitely cabins on site. Sleeps 10 people comfortably. I might disagree slightly about the "comfortably" part

I rented one of the 2 bedroom cabin in oak thicket in March. Two boats and two couples. Awesome weekend. Cheap and it was easy to get on the water in the morning.

The cabins on the lake are always booked. You have to book them 1-2 months in advance.
