Those have been around longer than me! We used them ALL the time when I was young! Put them in a creek and run them a couple times a day! Take them out if your gonna get a big rain or you lose them!

I use crawdad traps. Make them myself. We also catch minnows and small perch in them. They pay for themselves real quick now days.

I made one from a plastic bottle baited with bread crombs Works great if there are minnows around, not so good if there not very many around
