 Talon Help!! Won't extend to 12ft

Have a 12 ft talon but only extends to 8. Any suggestions or help ??

Take it to Boris marine in lake worth they have a 5 year warranty on them

There is an aluminum bracket on the bottom of the Talons that can get bent and will not allow all of the stages to extend. I bumped a few stumps and it happened to mine. MK covered the replacement of the brackets under warranty.

Had the same problem. Called M K. They said go to deeper water and
with in neutral raise and lower the poles till they fully extend
This rinses them off since mind & clay stick to the poles causing them to
stick and not lower properly. I now do this every two days or so.
Also helps with using them in 8-10 depths.
