Sitting here listening to Rush's podcast for open-lines Friday and I was wondering what it would be like to call in. I always wondered how competitive the waiting room was, and if they give you any pointers or guidelines before making an azz of yourself on national public radio.

He was giving away phones over Christmas break and I darn nearly put my dignity on the line so I could finally toss this Windows piece of garbage. But then I thought about the current political climate and realized nobody would take my side once my inner Brian Johnson came out.

So has anyone ever called in for this, or been on at all?

Never made it on Rush-
But been on several of the local shows-

interviewed by jamie colby and jeraldo on fox once, they called me.

Haven't even tried to call the Limbaugh show - too few callers ever get on.

Yes. I was on 95.9. And on David Webb's show about 4 months ago in regards to the VA.

I got in one time when Hannity and Combs had a show together. Was sitting at home feeling no pain and thought.. WTH.. I will never get in. Spent about 15 mins on the phone with them.

I was on the radio almost 24/7 in Nam. I operated a radio relay site on Top of Nui Ba Ra.
We owned the top and bottom of the mountain and the little people owned all the rest.
