we have the 60" and I just mowed about 5 acres in less than 3 hrs.

I normally take about 5 hrs to do it really good but with the rain coming I hurried it up.

Have used a Hustler quite a bit been a good mower.

With trees and hills I would go with a narrower cut for maneuverability and even cut.

I have a 52 inch and a 42 inch hustler. They are good mowers. 42 fits through a standard gate.

I'm on 3 acres with about 200 Oak trees. I have a Scag 48 inch tiger cat. It's the perfect size and a great mower.

You must mow like and old man grin . I got a 60" Hustler that I cut nearly 3 acres in an hour with.

They are all decent I think. Get the one you can get easy service for. The more you pay, the better quality they are. Just don't get a cheap one with stamped deck if you want it to last a long time. I have a hustler 60" for 3.5 acres.

I've been thinking about going up to a 72" deck. Stumbled across this brand the other day. They look pretty cool and are getting good reviews. Anyone familiar with Spartan Mowers?

I'm happy with my cub cadet ztr50. It's only an acre once a week. Don't waste your money.

Hustler. I use it like a brush hog. I'm hard on it and it's never given me an ounce of trouble.

You wont be hapy unless your ground is perfectly flat. The deck is just too big for terrain with any uneveness.

THF BigPig ordered one of those not long ago. I am not sure if he has got it yet but he was impressed with them.

I have a Hustler. I have had it for about 6 years never an issue with it, It has the front suspension on it.
That being said I was at Home Depot today. The had a new series of Toro zero turns there. I have no idea of the quality of them . The thing that caught my eye on them was the suspension they had. The seat and deck where you put your feet on were independent of the mower body. The seat and floor board were one independent piece and mounted on shock absorbers.
Interesting idea,
