Any of you fellas heard of having a cert. mechanic "go to a boat"? Looking at one and the owner is out of town, not sure how they would be about the boat "going" to get an overlook. PM if needed

Thanks

Most dealers frown on it.

most folks that are good mechanics have more than they can do without leaving the shop.

I would guess there is a good shop (preferably Yamaha since that is the engine) around Lewisville? that is the town the boat is located, motor has some issues, so need it looked at by more than a diy consumer like myself
