Eagle Mountain or Grapevine? Looking for crappie. We don't get out on the water much and when we do it is either catfish or bream usually so any tips on those two lakes would be appreciated.

Chief Wiggum: This is Papa Bear. Put out an APB for a male suspect, driving a... car of some sort, heading in the direction of, uh, you know, that place that sells chili. Suspect is hatless. Repeat, hatless.

All the lakes are warming up slower than normal this Spring for some reason, so with Grapevine smaller, but deeper, and usually later for the spawn than others, I'd do EM myself, but that's me.

Grapevine should pick up late this month or likely in May. My .02.
