Is the water being let out of Bob Sandlin yet? Based on the water levels, I must assume it is.

232.15 and still rising. They can bring it down pretty quickly, unless we get another big rain.

I talked To the guys working on the damn, the said it would be about three weeks after they finish pouring concrete before they can let water out. If it keeps raining the lake is going to get high.

Sucks for fishing but it's the best thing in the long run for east Texas lakes to get high in the spring. Imo it allows a lot of fry to survive until they can reach a size to survive easier. It did wonders for Rayburn the past 3 years.

Talk about the worst time of year to try and fix the spillway.

Tough fishing there for me yesterday. I finally figured a pattern out but it was to late to do any good in the tournament cause it was afternoon. Lake showed to be 3.5 ft high on Saturday 4/15

Corp of Engineers Daily Water Release Info for Pines

Only releasing 1 cfs, never seen that before, even when the lake was low
