Had a good week of fishing this past week. we caught fish from 10 inches deep to 15' deep. The most consistent bite seemed to be in 3-6' for quality. I think we have another 10 days of good spawning fish then its on to the best time of the year, the post spawn! There has been no secret places that I have found to be honey holes it is just fish a spot and if we don't get bit in a few minutes we move on. Cover water until you find some fish holding in an area. In a whole cove of great looking stuff they all can be in a spot the size of your boat. The key to my success this spring is I cover more water than most people. That's the big secret.
