Slaw, potato salad, and hush puppies will accompany our blue cat and shrimp. I hope the wife person makes a coconut pie too.

Wabbit is the main course. Eggs for the side. Peeps for dessert.

If I was doing ham for about 15 people....
Praline sweet potatoes with pecans on top. No marshmallows. You need some kind of cheesy potato thing for the non sweet potato people. Bacon and onion scalloped potatoes, loaded mashed, Something easy. When you're feeding a bunch of folks, you don't want to be focusing too hard on sides. Good homemade rolls. Green bean casserole. (I can take it or leave it, but most folks want it. Depends on the crowd) Cucumber, tomato, and onion salad with feta. Fried corn.
IF YOU ARE ALREADY GRILLING.... Grilled asparagus sounds really good right now and it's nothing to toss on a few zucchini planks... and if you're doing that, you can do grilled stuffed portabella caps. BUT. Think about how long you're going to be stuck outside while everybody is inside. And grilled food must be eaten while still warm. And when you're doing a lot of it, that isn't the easiest thing to accomplish. I'd skip the grilled stuff unless you're focusing mainly on it.
You need some kind of dessert.... pecan pie, buttermilk pie, some kind of really good pie. Or what about chocolate cake with peanut butter icing?

I like holiday eating. Homecooking at its best!
