Are the crappie up shallow in joe pool? I was thinking about taking the kids and wife out there Saturday . Was thinking about trying some of the creeks down south past the bridge? Anyone been able to catch them there yet ? Thanks in advance

I went a couple weeks ago off the Bowman Branch Creek, and caught quite a few smalls, but only a couple keepers. In maybe 3-5 ft, but hopefully with the warmer weather at the end of this week, they will get going.
