i have a 2003 yamaha 115 2 stroke. It starts in the morning and runs fine. Get to my destination and fish for a while but then i have to run through the whole starting sequence to get it running again ( pull out choke, increase throttle, turn key) Does this almost every single time i stop and fish. Any suggestion on what to check. Yamaha fuel lines and bulb about 2 years old. did carbs about 2 years ago along with fuel pump replacement.

Manual fuel pump diaphragm or fuel bulb. Should not have to choke it after morning or initial start up.
