Havent been out since last fall. Are the blue cats still real shallow up the sabine, caddo or kitsee? Or have they moved back out to deeper water yet? I know you can get them up in 2-3 ft of water early in the year but with this warm winter and early soring wr had just curious if they are still up really shallow or moved out into the 5-10 ft of water already. Thanks in advance for any help

Caught one about 30lbs Friday night in 5' of water on a hump where I've been wearing fish out from 20-60lbs over the last several weeks. The gnats got so bad I gave up and left shortly after that fish. Dunno if they are shallow by the creeks, but they are still biting shallow close to deep water.

If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much space!
