Trying to hit Fork more this year and learn as much as I can about this awesome lake. Had a great time on Tuesday and put this pig in the boat. Scale didn't work. Any idea what this momma weighed?

(Also first time posting pictures on here so I may have done it wrong!)

Red bag ended up being 26" long.. My measuring stick is only 18 haha!

Nice bass and welcome to the TFF!

Looks like she is post-spawn and doesn't have too much belly on her. If your bag is 26" it looks like she may be 23.5 or 24" long. "Overs" can be pretty elusive as many of you know. She could be as heavy as 7.5 but may be a little less due to her being a little thin.

Congrats on a great fish! What'd you get her on?

Thanks guys! Yeah I'm buying batteries before the next trip! My best Fork fish so far. She tapped a missle D Stroyer twice before running off and peeling drag. Made my trip!

If you are where I think you are 6.6 saw a guy catch her a couple days back. Pic and hydrilla on the fish gave it away as not much hydrilla on the east arm main lake right now. Lol. Welcome and congrats!

Haha yeah you're keyed in! Popular spot. Lot of buck bass guarding fry already up there too.

Speaking of fish guarding fry, how do you guys catch em? We threw everything in the bag at 4 different 2lbers. A couple turned on it but they would just move off and come right back..

By the way thanks guys, I appreciate all the comments.
I've learned a lot on this forum.
