However, I Googled these guys in Mesquite: http://www.brownsboatrepair.com/bbr/trailer_repair.cfm. They may be worth a shot.

He may or may not want to do it but, will either give you a quote or send you to someone who does it. They do aluminum welding primarily but are a warranty repair center for Tracker boats.
