Interesting setup. were you scooting the bottom with it? I couldn't tell. Casey, I let it fall weightless until it reaches the bottom. The retrieve back to the boat can be a series of hops where the bait is lifted and then falls to the bottom again or I may slow roll it back like a swimbait or spinnerbait.
