Hey guys, my first "full-length" kayak fishing film (37 minutes) is up on YouTube if you guys want to check it out. This video takes you along for the journey on our 5-day camping trip down this legendary river. I talk about strategies for a successful multi-day kayaking trip as well as tips and tricks for making your life easier out in a remote environment. Oh yeah, and I catch a few fish. This was an experience that I will remember for the rest of my life. Thanks for the kind words fellas. It was fun catching smallmouth... they're hard to find in TX but 80% of the fish I caught were smallies. Such a fun fish, especially out of a river. Those fish were mean.

Great video man. We got stuck in that same area where you all three dumped in Oct. I swear my yak turned sideways on that same rock formation and had the full power of the river flowing into the top. It took all three of us to get it dislodged. That was a hairy spot for sure. Crazy seeing you wedged there also. We did the whole 50 miles in Oct. Manventure for sure. Looks like they bit well for you guys. Didn't throw any senkos but I will be in May when we do it again. A jig caught the majority of our fish then. Great video Sir and thanks for sharing.
