This year a friend of mine got a position with Trout Unlimited as the Colorado Rio Grande Basin Project Manager and it didn't take him long to put together an awesome project at some high country lakes in Colorado. Whats up with the dude with 20 on a stringer at the end of the vid. Seems kind of counter productive.
 It's more than the catfish would do.
