Wow what a day. My good friend Chris Waters invited me to fish with him today. I learned a lot. He can flat fish. Early this morning we each lost really good fish at the boat. I slack lined mine and I don't know about Chris' fish. I do know we had a good stringer but this was weigh one fish tournament. No we did not win anything but I had a blast fishing with him. The weigh in was fun with me going for lightest fish and Chris going for big fish. .52 is not light enough and 2.09 is not big enough. Saw a lot of friends (too many to name or my memory would forget some) and got hugs from Jana and Rhonda.

Here is a fish I caught the day before 2.18lb. on my handheld. Ed wanted to get a picture with it because he had never caught a crappie of 2lbs. That changed. Ed had a pretty 2lb. male that he is getting mounted with his 2.93lb. fish. I had a 2.48 lb. fish the day before and many over 2 lbs. the days before the tourney on several areas of the lake.

I'm betting ol Ed makes a few more trips down to Fork after this trip.
