I had Aubrey and James out today looking for some spawning crappie on Lake Lewisville. The fish were on the move today and very hard to find in any of the spots they were last week. It was one of those few fish here and few fish there days. Caught fish in 3-20 ft of water but just never did really turn on. Ended up with a dozen nice keepers and probably twice that in short fish. All females still full of eggs. We thought it was gonna be on fire today. A humbling day for sure on the water. We should have went blue cat fishing. Still a great day on the water with some great guys.
