 Problems with 2000 Yamaha 150

It starts great and runs great until I stop and fish a while. When I try to restart the engine it is hard to star and has even die on me once when running across the lake. Any advice will be appreciated.

First make sure you're not getting air into the squeeze bulb, if it's never been changed it could have a leak.
And there is also a fuel diaphragm that was notorious for tearing, I never had to repair mine but I read plenty of stories about it.
Ever changed the fuel filter? Doubt it'd be a fuel pump, but I guess it could be getting hot and having issues.

Sounds like the fuel bulb is bad.
