Headed to Fork for a few days with the family and my cousins family. He's in the air force and doesn't get to fish much these days so hoping to get on some fish. Figured it would be a good vacation. First fishing trip with the kids too.
Been to Fork a few times over the last few years but not enough to really figure anything out especially since the trips are short and far apart. This will be the longest stay yet.
I know the basic layout and got the boat lanes chip. Still not sure where to go. Too many options. Considering Birch, Glade, up Little Candy since I know those are typical spring time areas.
Any advice? Thanks

You're in the right places,..Also Mustangs, and Williams, becareful idle when outta the boat lanes, the lake is about 2 feet below pool and a lot of stumps are just at or below the water. Enjoy. ~

Been very slow so far. Got here late Saturday so didn't get out to fish til Sunday. Has been super slow. Only a few bites all day. Been in white oak and several cuts in birch. Water is fairly stained and mid to upper 60s. Didn't see any beds. Saw lots of boats but no one catching much. Everyone said it we tough. Prob ably going to try Little Caney tomorrow.

I just left there. Fished Sat and Sunday and caught a bunch of fish. Averaged around 20 a day. Very few dinks, most all of them were in the 3.5-5 lb range. Had a couple more over that, but had a giant come off, jumped and threw it right back at me.
If you are still there, pm me and I'll see if I can put you on some of them.
