I have the CaraT Jeff Kriet Squirrel Tail spinning rod and absolutely love it for shakey heads. Best action for this technique and backbone to pull in the big girls.

I used to have 3 Falcon Cara Amistads...but finally gave one of them to a friend who was always borrowing it as it was his favorite of all my rods. Very versatile rod. I have used them for T-Rig, C-Rig, and Flipping applications, but mostly use it as a C-Rig rod, although I'm sure it could be used for other applications as well. Great size, good power and action, decent feel and they can handle big fish very well. The Amistad is my favorite of all the Falcon Cara rods and, if I had to take just one rod fishing, this would probably be the one.

It is definitely one of the most versatile rods you can own. I own one but wished I could replace some of my others with more of them.

I have one and love it. It's my TX Rig braid rod. Well matched with a Curado.
