Anybody know if the crappie are biting on the 175 highway bridges? Thanks for the help. Are they up the creeks?

You are not being ignored! No one knows where they are right now
When this lake is full the fish win. Being a beach entry lake with
Over 300 miles of shoreline gives them plenty of places to hide
They should show up soon but the water is still very cool.
The water has been 60-62 so far. We had a light freeze that didn't help.

GOOD crappie fishing is 2-3 weeks away starting with docks....GREAT crappie fishing is 4 weeks away when they setup summer housekeeping on point and deep brush piles.
For now they are very scattered on shallows.

I'm fishing every day on CC (moved here last fall). Not sure about 175 (lots of cars and trucks each evening), but I'm seeing more and more in shallows. Mostly males, and quite a few with the black line down the top ... until last night - when I caught several nice females.

I am hoping they start moving up the creeks. There several creeks on the north and south side. Should be good in a week I hope. Thanks for the information. Go fishing and have fun.
