I would like to try graston but the closest one was 45 minutes away. well, found out my insurance covers airrosti so I tried it for my jacked up back.

I was told my legs are very even but my hams, glutes and back muscles are super tight and are causing some of my discomfort.

So he went to digging. It hurts but not so bad as I thought. the session is split in half. 1/2 manipulation of the soft tissue and the other PT.

I felt like a million bucks when I left!

I feel good today, a tiny bit of soreness but not bad at all. That dull pain that accompanies me everywhere and flares up when I train hard is all but unnoticeable.

going back tuesday for a more hardcore session as this was my first they went easy on me. will let you know how it works, would still like to try graston although I feel they are similar.

If you have soft tissue probs give it a try.

I hope it gives me some permanent relief.

airrosti

Thank you for sharing! I've never come across Airrosti before, but your description really helped when looking into it. I like the approach and will look into it myself. Keep us posted please, this is really neat to find out about.

I love Airrosti. They have helped me with several soft tissue flare ups. They also give you the tools to stay on track as well. Since then I have lost 35lbs and feel stronger than I have in years. But it ain't for the sissies! grin

no sir. it hurts, but i feel so good when i leave. My friends talked up the discomfort so much that when I finally went I thought "this is not so bad" but then the doc found a bad spot and I ceased to think that anymore.
