Clyde called and wanted to book an instructional/fishing trip on Lake Fork. They learned what to look for, where to look for it and how to fish it when you find it. I told him the fishing on Fork was pretty tough right now. But they decided to expect the challenge. Today we targeted quality fish. I knew the numbers were not going to be high, but we caught some really nice fish. Both Clyde and Austin got the taste of a 2pound + Lake Fork slab today. With a #2.02 and a ##2.04 and a three more just shy of two pounds. They got tangle with some big momma's today. These guys will be well on their way to catch some fish on spring break with their kids and family's. Good luck with your family's. Thank you both for your service! Three Nails Guide Backs the Blue. Nice fish! Photo puzzles me. Grass is bright green,fish are bright,lower shirts look good,those dang dark clouds are sitting on their shoulders making their ethnicity questionable.  I sure wish we lived closer or actually could use our vacation time to come fish with ya. Great job on finding some big fish

now those are some whoppers!!!!
COMING SOON! .. THE STICKLE HOOK " the stay level sickle hook". sits level in the water with all knots.! Provides better hook sets and more natural jigging motion. No more adjusting the knot, gluing , or tying loop knots that cause the hook point to tangle in the loop, or worse knick the line.. The jighook that will make all others obsolete !
