I think what helped Lavon more than anything was basically two years of the lake not being accessible.
We went from "Lake closed" because we were 12+ ft low, to "Lakes closed" because we were 12+ high.
In 12 weeks we went from 12+ low to 12+ high.

The Lavonia Park south ramp is nice and it's free. There is a fee for the park, go left before entering the park to get to the free ramp. It's by the dam
