Cedar Creek crappie bite has been great lately! They have moved up shallow and have been pretty cooperative. jigs seem to do the trick. Any color, any size will probably work just fine. I prefer the 1/16th oz though! We have been catching some really nice crappie lately. The best for the season is still at 16 inches though, probably about 2.5 pounds. Many people would probably have called it a 4 pounder but I have seen enough of these fish to know a true 2 pounder when i see one.




I have one trip available next week, it's thursday afternoon. I also have 3 openings the week after Easter. The pm bite has been every bit as good as the morning bite here lately. Call or email me for info on a trip.

Thanks for all the good info on Friday's trip. My buddy Dave and I talked all the way home about how good you were and all the stuff we learned. We will definitely have to do this again. If anyone is having second thoughts about hiring Chuck, Don't hesitate another minute, Hire him, you won't be disappointed.
