Those get caught almost every week from lady bird. It was during a kayak tournament, they don't weigh fish, catch and release

Nice fish. Without a weigh it's hard to say. Always a possibility of the fish being a lunker.

The same fish was caught a few weeks ago. The first angler that caught it had a scale and it was around 11. Catch and release is alive and well in downtown Austin! Need the grass to grow back in that lake (floods, grass carp...) and that fish will be pushing 13 for sure.

That's a big ol' feesh! But not 13+. Her bottom half is too thin. Gorgeous fish, though. Thanks for sharing and grats on the fish of a lifetime!

That's what I noticed too, she's thin past the belly but definitely could be between 10-11
