Champion, although there not being made anymore, closest thing to them still being made is Charger. Charger built new ChampN molds from a Champ hull after they bought the rights from Johnny Morris and is now building the 210, it even has the distinctive Champion stripe. I look for them to build a 198 and a 19' model. http://www.boatingworld.com/boattests/charger-210-elite/
Advice? Wise men don't need it. Fools won't heed it !

Which fiberglass boat has the smoothest and driest rough water ride? Which one would you take your grandmother out in with 17mph wind? Obviously any deep-v, but I'm talking bass here. I run a deep-v and trust me, it can ride rough as well. like others have said... depends on how big the waves are and how you drive those waves. Too many variables to pick the "perfect" set up.

Champoin. I own a champ and a cat. Love my cat but the champ just cuts the waves up. I don't fish the rough stuff any more in either lol. JD

The one you have pictured does a fine job, like others have already said, the driver and lake make a big difference on ride.

Texoma was rough Saturday, we got a little wet but the ride was good! Triton TRX 21 I was out there Saturday, ran from Highport to the railroad bridge up the Washita, then to Caney, then to Buncombe, then back to Highport, never got wet and the ride was fine, 21 TRX as well. There are several good riding boats out there, i been in most of them, knowing how to drive one makes a really big difference in how they ride.

After 20+ yrs on the water in every brand made (except the new Falcons) without a doubt the best rides in nasty water was the Champions and Chargers and Chargers beat champions in fishability.

Still havn't been in one yet that I would say is "comfortable" in a 3-4 footers and I have been in just about all of them. All of them tangle my spine. And until they make one that is 30-40 feet long, it will stay that way. Its just a matter of simple physics.
Everything on your bass boat is broken......You just don't know it yet.

I drove my Bullet 21XRS from the Palm Beach inlet over to the west end of the Bahamas with 14 foot swells and a 5' chop mixed in and my grandma said it was a pleasant trip.
