Hey guys, I'm looking for an individual or possibly a guide to take me out and fish for crappie, sandies, whites, hybrids and/or cats for friday fish frys during Lent (lewisville area). The fish will be given to our church or for fellowship fish frys. Looking for at least once a week for the next 3-4 weeks. My schedule is flexible during the week. Please PM me if anyone can help out. Thanks.

Are you willing to pay for guide's service? If so, look up to Carey, one of the best guide in DFW area.

Probably once but it would get pricey for multiple weeks.

Hit the frozen fish department at HEB,much cheaper than hiring a guide. Silly to think a guide would take you fishing once a week for a month for a single day fee.

FYI if you hire Carey or Cody once, you'll know everything you need to know to catch plenty of fish for your fish frys. Just tell them you want to learn how to catch a mess of fish.

Also, never said I expected a guide to do that. You jumped to that conclusion my friend. How many fish do you need? Just looking to help chip in at church (plus do something I enjoy doing), when we do fellowship meals is usually several families around 10-12 people. I grew up fishing and know several spots on Lewisville, I'm thinking it might be more efficient to get out with folks that fish the area more frequently.
