There is a guy on the forum that has a business that supplies fish for stock ponds but I cannot remember his name.

The stretch of rowlett creek at Breckenridge park has tons of small channels. Maybe not quite that small but 2 weeks ago I caught several in the 5-6 inch range while perch fishing. Small hooks and worms
