I tied up some of these mini articulated flies ... they are based off the Russ Maddin Circus Peanut. It is a size 2 hook up front and a size 4 trailer hook. This fly has been my go to for bass! They can't resist! JZ

I use heavy mono tied to the shank of the front hook.
