Hello all, it's been a while. I am in need of some good advice. My father is coming into town the last weekend of March and we are trying to book a trip for Monday April 3rd at Falcon. The big thing is that my Dad has lived up north for over 15 years now. He used to guide on Choke Canyon back in the 80s and he also fished the BASS tour back when it all began. I really want to put him on some big girls!! Back in the day, a 5lber was like a 10lber. The rainbows he catches up in the mountains don't hold a candle to a DD pig. Please let me know who would be the best to book. Like I said he used to be a guide himself, so he has expectations, even though he has no idea we are going. Thanks in advance for the info!!

Jim Edwards Tom Haralson Charlie Haralson if he's doing any guiding, now. Jimmy Steed Falcon Lake Tackle will have contact info for all of them www.tackleandrods.com. While he's no old man, Mr. Edwards is the senior of the four I mentioned. Your Dad may enjoy a day with Jim just talking old memories. All four are lights out fishermen and guides.

Oh shoot, I forgot Matt's guiding down there now. He would be a good one, too. Super friendly and knows where the big girls are.

Who ever is available. They are all awesome and will bust their butt to get you on a pig. Availability is the key.

Jay is a great guy. He will make sure yall enjoy the day and do his best to put yall on a toad. Your part to get them in the boat.
