Has anyone ever used the Powell Diesel rods? I was looking at getting one due to budget but was wondering how they fish?

I had a MH Mod-Fast that I used for squarebills and chatterbaits primarily. Solid rod for the price IMO.

I have six of them. They fit my hand well and have a good feel to them. I like the way they load up. So,I keep buying them.

Tacklewarehouse had them for $59. Might check and see if they still do.
