I was able to renegotiate the slip rental with the marina. Each member will now only pay $400. per year. I have only a few spots available so let me know if you're interested.
It's renewal time again for the "Office".
As usual we have a few spots opening up for members. We have two baited, covered slips at Pier 121 Marina on Lake Lewisville.
Year starts on April 1, 2017 thru March 31 2018. Marina is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week all year.
Cost of each membership is $480.00 $400.00 per year payable yearly in advance. You may bring a family member or guest
but you have to be with them.
You may bring a non family member as a guest (but if the same guest comes to much they need to become a paying member)
We have a fridge, microwave, bench seats, lights, city water, coffeemaker.
Rules:
One pole in use at a time.
No fish cleaning at the slips. (At this time)
Minnows or jigs can be used.
Don't trash up the area, clean up any mess you make.
Fish only in designated slips unless you have been given permission to fish elsewhere. ( we have several slips that we can fish)
Stay off boats in slips.
This has been one of the best winters fishing in several years.
You may have to go out fishing with me on my boat occasionally. (Tough, I know, but my wife says I can't go alone anymore)

Glad to see you still got this going Ernest.  Me and willie findum going to give ours up this year on May 1st after keeping it going for probably 15 years or so. Since they sold that land for private development, I think that marina is going away. A whole bunch of crappie have come out of there at Ray Hubbard since you first fished with us out there that winter all those years ago and I want to thank you one more time for coming out and helping us with tips on how to do the brush and trees.
