Is there anywhere to stay around the boat ramp in that area. I have no idea where I can get a room for the night in that area.

This place is not too far from Cassells, it's on the other side of the bridge. Decent place to stay. They cater the boaters.

Lakeview is pretty nice. It is probably booked up for the Costa this week. The last owners renovated all of the hotel rooms.

It was recently sold again. I was told by the new owners that they have started redoing the old motel across the street from them.

The issue you will have is finding a place to eat. The store at Lakeview makes a decent burger, but after that, the choices are few and far between in Zavalla.

There's a place called Lakeview motel around there somewhere I've heard. I've never stayed there are know if it's still open. There is also Jackson Hill Marina across the 147 bridge from CB. I'm staying at JH this weekend myself, not sure if they have rooms left or not. Good luck!

I doubt if he's asking for the Costa if he's wanting to stay on that end of the lake.

Lakeview is open and is plenty good. Not over the top but sure clean. It's less than a mile from the CB ramp.

I'd stay away from Jackson Hill if at all possible. Not the cleanest around.

Bag of fried chicken from Brookshire Brothers will do the trick!
