Living Stress Free: Because of this, I always strive to keep my conscience clear before God and man. ACTS 24:16
The number one killer in our world today is stress. It leads to so many complications that our bodies endure. The stress around us, we blame. But the stress inside us is what matters. We cannot control what goes on around us. Oh, I guess in a way we can control or change some of it by doing what we are here to do. By bringing the Word of God to others. By telling others of what your experiences are with the Holy Ghost. By revealing to others, your relationship with Jesus Christ. The Bible tells us that we cannot save the world. That there will be the non-believers until the bitter end. When there are two different aspects, there will be divisiveness. Something our country and world are facing in a broad range. At 59 years young, I have never seen such division in our country; so much to do with deceit, foolishness, and sadly, just pure hatred. This is what we need to avoid. This is the attitude we face each day we step out into this world. We get irritated with so much as the day unfolds. We allow the stress of the world to over-take the peace we have within us. We allow stress to guide our movements and thoughts during the day. We are either going to live the way of the world or the way God intended us to live. Stress free. Scripture today tells us how to overcome stress in our lives. Its really pretty simple. Live the life God gave you, not the life the world will take you on if you allow it. Pledge that you will be on "good behavior" because you believe there will be a resurrection, both for the just and the unjust. Before God, entertain no word or action contrary to His truth. Before man, treat them as you wish to be treated. The only thing you will accomplish by living a Godly way, is to live stress free. Lets get together; as Christians, living a Godly way; and give Satan a nervous break-down!
Have a great day God bless
Without God..we are nothing

Simplicity has it's perks.
I like to some what stay informed, but I TRY not to let it control my emotions. I often just poke fun at the situations and try to make humor of it. Like you mentioned I can't change anything about it.
And if man would just RESPECT each other...learn something from the Jamaicans and Bob Marley the world would be a better place. Respect Mon! (Jamaica perfected this term, visit that poor country and see how happy those folks are! Amazing!)
You can avoid having ulcers by adapting to the situation: If you fall in the mud puddle, check your pockets for fish. ~Unknown
Open your eyes & look within, are you satisfied with the life youre living.
No matter how good or bad you have it, wake up each day thankful for your life. Someone somewhere else is desperately fighting for theirs.

Spiritual/religious or not, (I am personally) the beginning of this topic goes straight to many things I espouse, or have written about, "Stress, and all its children, anxiety, anger, divisiveness, hate, negativity, whatever! is a silent, but often times a "vocal killer."
Try try try to do your part and rid yourself of it, knowing none of us is perfect, but we can "try" to impart positive energy, life, love, happiness, whatever, to ourselves and to those around us. They, and I/you, deserve it.
Good stuff...
