Looking at a place to buy. Need someone who can give me an est on cost to repair and verify structure.
It's located on the upper east side of the lake.

call scott at fishermans cove and ask who did his dock stuff, they are local and that is all they do.
if you want to pm me the location I will go look at it this weekend and give ya my 2 cents worth.
I have built a couple and repaired more than a couple.
