What would be a good mount for a helix 9 at the console,i have a ram mount that i had 997 on but the helix is a little heavier and i dont want it moving around when i hit rough water.

They make a RAM mount for Helix 9. I have been using my old mount and a tennis ball underneath it.

Check ebay you can get a ram mount for 36 bucks. I have one it's rock solid.

Balzount you will hate that junky ram mount in rough water. I have a helix 9 and 10 and those mounts are hard to beat

I put a Helix 10 on the big RAM mount.
I'll replace it with a BallzOut this year

Jake will the balzout mount allow you rotate 180 degrees to view from console to front deck?

Several mounts out there now that beat Ram Mounts.

I prefer the large ram mound. Once you get rough enough you will end up cracking the Fiberglass. I saw a balzout mound brake on Sam Rayburn. Run it on a ram or something like the BBT or Percision

 I have the ram mount made for Helix 9-10 and it's solid. It's a bigger heavy duty ram mount.
